目的：通过对175例宫颈接触性出血病例的对比观察，探讨宫颈接触性出血的病因分布特点及 TCT 结合阴道镜检查对宫颈接触性出血患者的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年6月本院门诊175例宫颈接触性出血患者的临床资料，包括妇科查体、TCT 及阴道镜活体组织病理诊断结果，与同期175例门诊就诊的无宫颈接触性出血患者的临床资料相比较。结果观察组宫颈接触性出血病因广泛，TCT 高级别病变检出率高。结论宫颈接触性出血在临床上以宫颈柱状上皮外移为主，临床应高度重视宫颈接触性出血患者，必要时行 TCT 联合阴道镜检查可提高宫颈病变检出率。
목적：통과대175례궁경접촉성출혈병례적대비관찰，탐토궁경접촉성출혈적병인분포특점급 TCT 결합음도경검사대궁경접촉성출혈환자적림상진단개치。방법회고성분석2012년1월지2013년6월본원문진175례궁경접촉성출혈환자적림상자료，포괄부과사체、TCT 급음도경활체조직병리진단결과，여동기175례문진취진적무궁경접촉성출혈환자적림상자료상비교。결과관찰조궁경접촉성출혈병인엄범，TCT 고급별병변검출솔고。결론궁경접촉성출혈재림상상이궁경주상상피외이위주，림상응고도중시궁경접촉성출혈환자，필요시행 TCT 연합음도경검사가제고궁경병변검출솔。
Objective To explore distribution characteristics of etiology and clinical value of TCT with colposcopy in diagnosis for patients of cervical contactive bleeding(CCB)through comparative observation of 175 cases of cervical con-tactive bleeding.Methods 175 outpatients with cervical contactive bleeding diagnosed and treated at Beijing Geriatric Hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical data,including gynecological exam-ination and TCT with colposcopy biopsy pathologic result of 175 patients with cervical contactive bleeding were com-pared with 175 outpatients without cervical contactive bleeding.Results The etiology of cervical contactive bleeding was extensive in observation group and the detection rate for TCT high grade lesion was high.Conclusion Clinically, cervical columnar epithelium mainly moved outward for patients with cervical contactive bleeding.Therefore,attention should be paid to those patients with cervical contact bleeding.If necessary,application of TCT with colposcopy can im-prove the detection rate of cervical lesions.
