天津市临港经济区做了软基加固新技术试验,工程面积达到了5万m2。主要内容有:增压真空预压法,在抽真空的同时给土体增压,加快排水;用手型接头连接排水板、管的工艺直接排水,取消传统的砂垫层;采用防淤堵排水板使其在含水量大、泥颗粒极细的土中不淤堵。试验区达到了目的,可供类似工程参考。

A new soft base reinforcement technique had been tested in Tianjin Lingang Economic area with the engineering area reaching up to 50 000 m2. For instance,the pressurized vacuum preload method which vacuumized and pressurized the soil simultaneously in order to drain quicker,hand-joints were used in connection of drains and drainage tubes instead of traditional sand cushion,anti-clogging drains were adopted in soil with high water content and fine sediment particles to avoid the clogging. The test results show that the above techniques are effective and can be referred to in similar projects.
