Taking JingChang Graphite Mine as research object,ground surface model of ore body,ore body model and block model of were established,reserve and grade of the ore body were also estimated. Based on the practical application of the exploi-tation design of transition from open pit to underground mine in detail,the technical superiority and the application prospect of the software are demonstrated.
