三水醋酸钠(CH3COONa·3H2O)因熔点适宜、潜热值较高等优点常作为相变蓄能材料广泛应用于不同领域。然而,纯三水醋酸钠在凝固过程中存在的过冷和相分离问题,严重影响三水醋酸钠的蓄放热性能及使用寿命。主要以三水醋酸钠作为相变基体材料,通过大量蓄放热实验,得出提高改进三水醋酸钠相变蓄热特性的添加剂及最佳用量配比,研制出蓄热介质凝固相变区间为52~55℃、过冷度<2℃、相变蓄热性能稳定、价格低廉的高效三水醋酸钠蓄热体系,提高材料的实际应用价值。
三水醋痠鈉(CH3COONa·3H2O)因鎔點適宜、潛熱值較高等優點常作為相變蓄能材料廣汎應用于不同領域。然而,純三水醋痠鈉在凝固過程中存在的過冷和相分離問題,嚴重影響三水醋痠鈉的蓄放熱性能及使用壽命。主要以三水醋痠鈉作為相變基體材料,通過大量蓄放熱實驗,得齣提高改進三水醋痠鈉相變蓄熱特性的添加劑及最佳用量配比,研製齣蓄熱介質凝固相變區間為52~55℃、過冷度<2℃、相變蓄熱性能穩定、價格低廉的高效三水醋痠鈉蓄熱體繫,提高材料的實際應用價值。

CH3COONa·3H2O is often widely used in different fields as phase change energy storage materials due to the advantages of appropriate melting point and high latent heat value. However, the pure CH3COONa·3H2O has undercooling and phase separation problems in the solidification process, seriously affect the heat storage performance and service life. This paper mainly use CH3COONa·3H2O as phase transformation matrix material, combined with a large number of heat storage experiment, arrived at results which raise CH3COONa·3H2O phase change thermal storage properties of the additive and the optimal dosage ratio, developed a heat storage medium whose solidification phase change interval is 52~55℃, un-dercooling less than 2℃, phase change thermal storage stable performance, inexpensive and efficient CH3COONa·3H2O heat storage system, improved practical application value of the material.
