目的：观察针灸配合自我穴位按摩治疗焦虑症的临床疗效。方法2011年7月~2013年3月我院共收治80例焦虑症患者作为观察组，另选取2009年7月~2011年3月我院收治的80例焦虑症患者为对照组，对照组患者给予单纯自我穴位按摩治疗，观察组患者给予针灸配合自我穴位按摩治疗。结果观察组患者治愈率为20.0%，总有效率为93.8%（75/80）；对照组患者治愈率为12.5%，总有效率为80.0%（64/80）。观察组患者的治愈率和总有效率均明显比对照组高（χ2=5.99、12.59，P<0.05）；治疗后1、2、4周，两组患者的HAMA和SAS评分较治疗前均明显下降，观察组患者的下降幅度比对照组明显（t=3.182、2.776、2.571，P<0.05）。结论针灸配合自我穴位按摩治疗焦虑症的临床疗效良好，值得推广。

목적：관찰침구배합자아혈위안마치료초필증적림상료효。방법2011년7월~2013년3월아원공수치80례초필증환자작위관찰조，령선취2009년7월~2011년3월아원수치적80례초필증환자위대조조，대조조환자급여단순자아혈위안마치료，관찰조환자급여침구배합자아혈위안마치료。결과관찰조환자치유솔위20.0%，총유효솔위93.8%（75/80）；대조조환자치유솔위12.5%，총유효솔위80.0%（64/80）。관찰조환자적치유솔화총유효솔균명현비대조조고（χ2=5.99、12.59，P<0.05）；치료후1、2、4주，량조환자적HAMA화SAS평분교치료전균명현하강，관찰조환자적하강폭도비대조조명현（t=3.182、2.776、2.571，P<0.05）。결론침구배합자아혈위안마치료초필증적림상료효량호，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and self-acupressure in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Methods Eighty cases of patients with anxiety disorders in our hospital from July 2011 to March 2013 were selected as the observation group, and the other 80 cases of anxiety disorder patients in our hospital from July 2009 to March 2011 were selected as the control group, patients in the control group were given pure self-massage therapy, while patients in the observation group were given acupuncture and self-massage therapy. Results The cure rate of pa-tients in the observation group was 20.0%, the total effective rate was 93.8%(75/80);The cure rate of patients in the control group was 12.5%, total effective rate was 80.0%(64/80). The cure rate and the total effective rate of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(χ2=5.99,12.59,P<0.05);After treatment 4 weeks, both HAMA and SAS scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those of before treat-ment, the decline degree of patients in the observation group was more significant than that of control group (t=3.182, 2.776,2.571,P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupuncture and self-acupressure is good in the treatment of anxiety disorders, so is worthy of promoting.
