提出一种基于圆形度的番茄形状自动分级方法。采用机器视觉技术,首先利用CCD摄像机获取样本图像,然后以圆形度描述番茄外形的圆润程度,通过MATLAB的图像处理功能获得分级信息,并由LabVIEW平台实时监控、PLC实施有效控制,从而实现对番茄形状的自动分级。试验表明,此方法具有较高的分级质量和效率。
提齣一種基于圓形度的番茄形狀自動分級方法。採用機器視覺技術,首先利用CCD攝像機穫取樣本圖像,然後以圓形度描述番茄外形的圓潤程度,通過MATLAB的圖像處理功能穫得分級信息,併由LabVIEW平檯實時鑑控、PLC實施有效控製,從而實現對番茄形狀的自動分級。試驗錶明,此方法具有較高的分級質量和效率。

This paper proposes a method of automatic classification of tomato shape based on circularity in order to improve the added value and degree of commercialization of tomatoes. Using the technology of machine vision, A CCD camera is used to obtain the image of the sample of tomato and then the image processing function of MATLAB provides rating information of the sample which is described by circularity. With the real-time moni?toring by LabVIEW and the effective control of PLC, the automatic classification of tomato shape can be conduct?ed. Experiments show that this method has high classification quality and efficiency.
