The finite element model is established for a vehicle instrument panel by ANSA. An analysis is made of the modal and rigidity of the panel using ABAQUS software and according to the comparison between the re?sults of the analysis and design of allowed values, the improved scheme is put forward on the panel structure to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the subsequent improvement structure and optimization for it.
