针对传统加工工艺加工大直径螺纹难度较高的现状，结合某大直径螺纹工件的特征和工艺特性，研制了专用螺纹铣刀，根据螺纹铣削工艺编制了螺纹数控铣削程序，获得了良好的加工效果。
針對傳統加工工藝加工大直徑螺紋難度較高的現狀，結閤某大直徑螺紋工件的特徵和工藝特性，研製瞭專用螺紋鐉刀，根據螺紋鐉削工藝編製瞭螺紋數控鐉削程序，穫得瞭良好的加工效果。
침대전통가공공예가공대직경라문난도교고적현상，결합모대직경라문공건적특정화공예특성，연제료전용라문선도，근거라문선삭공예편제료라문수공선삭정서，획득료량호적가공효과。
This paper develops a special thread cutter in view of the difficulty of processing large diameter thread by means of the traditional technology, and in combination with the feature of a large diameter threaded work?piece and process characteristics. According to the thread milling process, the paper designs a program for CNC milling thread and obtains a good processing effect.
