基于三辊 Y 型轧机孔型设计参数数学模型,借助于 Matlab,Excel 和 AutoCAD 软件,引入 Matlab 优化工具箱中的Fmincon优化算法,开发三辊Y型轧机钛合金棒材计算机辅助孔型设计系统。利用此CARD软件,设计了?15 mm钛合金(TC4)棒材孔型系统,在自行研制的8机架Y型轧机试验生产线上进行试验轧制,获得满足质量要求的成品。

Based on mathematics models of pass design parameters in three?roll Y type mill,computer aided Roll?Pass design (CARD)system of titanium alloy rod and wire was developed with Matlab,Excel and AutoCAD,which applies algorithm of Fmincon function in Matlab optimization toolbox to optimize pass system. Pass system of ?15 mm titanium alloy rod(TC4)was designed with CARD system. The rolling experiments were carried out on self ? developed eight ? stand three ? roll practical production line,and the qualified finished products of titanium alloy were obtained.
