以废瓷粉、广西白泥、碳化硅、硅微粉为主要原料，铝酸钙水泥为结合剂，加适量水配置成耐碱浇注料。通过调整碳化硅的加入量，研究碳化硅对耐碱浇注料性能影响，以及浇注料的耐碱侵蚀机理。结果表明：随碳化硅加入量的增加，试样体积密度、耐压强度和抗折强度呈先增加后降低的趋势，试样表面氧化成一层致密的氧化膜，阻止了碱蒸汽的侵蚀，当碳化硅添加6%~8%，试样的耐碱等级达到一级，耐碱侵蚀能力明显增加。
以廢瓷粉、廣西白泥、碳化硅、硅微粉為主要原料，鋁痠鈣水泥為結閤劑，加適量水配置成耐堿澆註料。通過調整碳化硅的加入量，研究碳化硅對耐堿澆註料性能影響，以及澆註料的耐堿侵蝕機理。結果錶明：隨碳化硅加入量的增加，試樣體積密度、耐壓彊度和抗摺彊度呈先增加後降低的趨勢，試樣錶麵氧化成一層緻密的氧化膜，阻止瞭堿蒸汽的侵蝕，噹碳化硅添加6%~8%，試樣的耐堿等級達到一級，耐堿侵蝕能力明顯增加。
이폐자분、엄서백니、탄화규、규미분위주요원료，려산개수니위결합제，가괄량수배치성내감요주료。통과조정탄화규적가입량，연구탄화규대내감요주료성능영향，이급요주료적내감침식궤리。결과표명：수탄화규가입량적증가，시양체적밀도、내압강도화항절강도정선증가후강저적추세，시양표면양화성일층치밀적양화막，조지료감증기적침식，당탄화규첨가6%~8%，시양적내감등급체도일급，내감침식능력명현증가。
Alkali resistant castable refractory was prepared using the waste porcelain powder,Guangxi white mud,SiC and silicon powder as main starting materials,and calcium aluminate cement as binder,and adding appropriate amount of water. The effects of SiC addition amount on the properties and corrosion mechanism of alkali resistant castable refractory were studied by adding different amounts of silicon carbide. The results show that as the addition amount of SiC increases,the bulk density, compressive strength and flexural strength of specimens increase first and then decrease,antioxidation film is formed on the surface of the specimen,which restrains the alkali vapor erosion. With 6%-8% SiC,the corrosion level of alkali resistance reaches first?class level,erosion ability increases significantly.
