为了消除振动或其他不确定因数对开关阀性能的影响,提出了一种先导自锁式高速开关阀的设计方案。该阀采用二级驱动的先导控制方式,并设计机械自锁的结构使阀在失电或未开启的状态下能够实现自锁,保证了工作的可靠性和稳定性。在设计过程中,为了优化其性能,建立其数学模型,并在MATLAB上建立了主阀芯开启时的运动模型,进行了仿真。仿真结果表明该阀的动态响应性能良好。

In order to eliminate the impact of vibration or other uncertain factors on the switch valve performance, a pilot self-locking high-speed switching valve is designed. The valve is a secondary drive way of pilot control, and de-sign the mechanical self-locking structure so that the valve can achieve self-locking in a loss of power or open state, to ensure the reliability and stability. In the design process, in order to optimize its performance, establish the mathe-matical model, and the opening movement model of the main valve spool is simulated on the MATLAB. Simulation results show the good performance of the dynamic response of the valve.
