保证齿轮泵的流量稳定性对液压系统的正常运行有重要的作用,流量脉动也是齿轮泵主要的噪声来源,通过啮合分析对直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的齿轮啮合过程和流量脉动特性进行系统研究,推导了齿轮泵瞬时流量的计算公式,分析了直线共轭内啮合齿轮副主要参数对齿轮泵瞬时流量变化特性的影响。

The flow stability of gear pump plays an important role to ensure a normal operation for the hydraulic sys-tem. The flow pulsation is also a main source of noise during gear pump operation. Based on the meshing analysis, a system research has been made on the gear meshing process and flow pulsation characteristics in an internal gear pump with straight line conjugated tooth, the formula to calculate the pump instantaneous flow is derived and the in-fluence of the main design parameters of internal gear to flow pulsation characteristics are also analyzed.
