通过GEM模型与ANP法相结合的方式评价区域间海岛旅游竞争力,达到促进海岛旅游创新发展的目的。以辽宁省的大鹿岛、大长山岛及菊花岛为例,以竞争力GEM模型(Grounding-Enterprises -Markets)为基础选取资源、产品、设施、市场等六大要素构建海岛竞争力评价指标体系,结合社会网络分析法(Social Network Analysis, SNA)进行海岛旅游竞争力的区域评价。评价结果表明:海岛旅游的基础竞争力最优、市场竞争力较好,企业竞争力一般;在所评价的三个海岛中,大长山岛的旅游竞争力最强,菊花岛次之,大鹿岛则最弱。

통과GEM모형여ANP법상결합적방식평개구역간해도여유경쟁력,체도촉진해도여유창신발전적목적。이요녕성적대록도、대장산도급국화도위례,이경쟁력GEM모형(Grounding-Enterprises -Markets)위기출선취자원、산품、설시、시장등륙대요소구건해도경쟁력평개지표체계,결합사회망락분석법(Social Network Analysis, SNA)진행해도여유경쟁력적구역평개。평개결과표명:해도여유적기출경쟁력최우、시장경쟁력교호,기업경쟁력일반;재소평개적삼개해도중,대장산도적여유경쟁력최강,국화도차지,대록도칙최약。
With Dalu Island, Danchangshan Island and Juhua Island as the example , an island tourism com-petitiveness evaluation system was built .The factors constituted the system such as resource , product, facilities, market were selected on the basis of GEM (grounding-enterprises-markets) model.The evaluation was conduc-ted with ANP (analytic network process) method.The results show that island tourism is most competitive for its geographical background.Its market competitiveness is relatively better and the enterprise competitiveness is ordi-nary.For the three islands, their tourism competitiveness is successively Dachangshan Island , Juhua Island and Dalu Island.
