对编号为B001的胸骨骨性标本行体质人类学考察,发现编号为B001的胸骨与肋软骨以及锁骨相关节部位均有骨质增生,右侧第一肋软骨切迹下缘低于左侧,胸骨柄横轴与横断面成角约15°,胸骨柄与胸骨体相融合,剑突长60.5mm、最大宽度23.0mm ,中部厚度5.4mm ;根据胚胎学资料,胸骨由正中平面两侧的两个软骨性胸骨板融合而成,剑突开始骨化在3岁或更晚,有的胸骨骨化中心仅有一个位于中央,有的胸骨骨化中心是单一的,而胸骨节中心则是成对的,对称或者不对称,剑突为胸骨最小但变异最大的部分,可能宽而薄、尖、分叉、穿孔、弯曲或者偏斜。根据影像学资料胸骨小梁阴影清晰,胸骨柄与胸骨体以及胸骨体与互相剑突相融合,胸骨柄上部骨小梁增多,两侧胸肋关节处出现赘状骨质,以第一胸肋关节最为明显,剑突有孔,其它无明显异常,本例报道为临床与影像提供参考价值。

Line of Numbers for B001 sternum bony specimens of physical anthropology ,found the Numbers for B001 sternum and costal cartilages and clavicle are bone hyperplasia associated part of the section ,the right side of the edge of the first rib cartilage incisure below on the left side of the sternum transverse handle with cross -sectional angulation ,about 15 ° presternum and the integration of gladiolus ,xiph-oid process long and 60 .5 mm ,maximum width of 23 .0 mm ,the central thickness of 5 .4 mm ;According to the embryology ,breastbone by two sexual sternal cartilage plate on either side of the median plane fusion ,and xiphoid process started ossification at the age of three or more late ,some bone ossification center just a is located in the central ,some bone ossification center is single ,and sternum section center is in pairs ,symmetrical or asymmetrical ,minimum for sternum xiphoid process but the largest part of the variation ,may be wide and thin ,sharp , bifurcate ,punch ,bend ,or skewed .According to the imaging data of bone trabecular clear shadow ,presternum and gladiolus ,gladiolus and xiphoid process each other ,upper presternum trabeculae increased ,on both sides of the chest rib bone joints appear fat shape ,with the first chest rib joints is most obvious ,xiphoid process has a hole ,no obvious abnormalities ,other reported this case to provide reference for clinical and imaging .
