The feasibility of water timber pile driving construction was discussed combined with practical engineering , by analyzing the key elements of verticality control on timber pile driving and the implementation of the countermeasures , the bearing capacity of pile testing and settlement observation after construction , it indicated that water timber pile driving construction technique in soft soil layers were applica -ble.
