目的探讨超声诊断胎儿肾发育畸形的检查方法、声像图特征和临床意义。方法从孕期超声检查的近3万名孕妇中共检出47例胎儿肾发育畸形，对检出结果进行分析。结果各种胎儿肾畸形的声像图特征不同。本组胎儿肾畸形：肾积水25例，多囊肾3例，多房性肾囊性变7例，孤立性肾囊肿1例，肾发育不良7例，肾不发育3例，异位肾1例。结论超声检查可发现多种胎儿肾发育畸形，是一种良好的产前诊断方法。

목적탐토초성진단태인신발육기형적검사방법、성상도특정화림상의의。방법종잉기초성검사적근3만명잉부중공검출47례태인신발육기형，대검출결과진행분석。결과각충태인신기형적성상도특정불동。본조태인신기형：신적수25례，다낭신3례，다방성신낭성변7례，고립성신낭종1례，신발육불량7례，신불발육3례，이위신1례。결론초성검사가발현다충태인신발육기형，시일충량호적산전진단방법。
Objective Inquiry into a super voice diagnosis an embryo's kidney to develop an abnormality check method ,voice to be like dia-gram characteristic and clinical meaning .Method Check 47 embryo of kidney grow th abnormal totally from the expect a super voice 30 ,000 near pregnant woman’s for checking ,carry on analysis towards checking as a result .Result The voice of various embryo kidneys abnormal is like a diagram characteristic dissimilarity .T his embryo's kidney abnormal :The kidney accumulates water 25 ,many bag kidney is 3 ,having another the building scrotum to change 7 ,the isolation scrotum is swollen 1 ,kidney grow th is bad 7 ,the kidney doesn't develop 3 ,the differ-ent kidney is 1 .Conclusion The super voice check can discover various embryo kidney grow th abnormal ,is a kind of good prenatal period to diagnose a method .
