目的探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植的临床效果。方法将翼状胬肉患者66例（68眼）随机分为两组，对照组33例（34眼）行单纯翼状胬肉切除术，观察组33例（34眼）在对照组的基础上联合自体结膜移植术，术后随访6～12个月，平均（8．2±1．5）个月，并比较两组疗效。结果观察组治愈率为97．06％，复发率为2．94％，对照组治愈率为82．35％，复发率为17．65％，两组相比较均差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植手术可有效防止翼状胬肉的复发，具有创伤小、修复快、术后复发率低等优点，是一种治疗翼状胬肉安全、可靠有效的理想方法。

목적탐토익상노육절제연합자체결막이식적림상효과。방법장익상노육환자66례（68안）수궤분위량조，대조조33례（34안）행단순익상노육절제술，관찰조33례（34안）재대조조적기출상연합자체결막이식술，술후수방6～12개월，평균（8．2±1．5）개월，병비교량조료효。결과관찰조치유솔위97．06％，복발솔위2．94％，대조조치유솔위82．35％，복발솔위17．65％，량조상비교균차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론익상노육절제연합자체결막이식수술가유효방지익상노육적복발，구유창상소、수복쾌、술후복발솔저등우점，시일충치료익상노육안전、가고유효적이상방법。
Objective :To explore the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous conjunctival transplantation . M eth-od :66 cases(68 eyes) with pterygium were randomly divided into two groups ,Control group 33 cases (34 eyes) were operated with simple excision of pterygium ,observation group 33 patients (34 eyes) On the basis of the control group with autologous conjunctival transplanta-tion ,w hich were followed up from 6 to 12 months .,the average is (8 .2 ± 1 .5) months ,and compared two groups. Result Observation group ,the cure rate was 97 .06% ,the recurrence rate was 2 .94% in the control group ,the cure rate was 82 .35% ,the recurrence rate was 17 .65% ,compared with the two groups have statistically significant (P<0 .05).Conclusion :Pterygium excision with autologous conjuncti-val transplantation surgery has the advantages that are small trauma ,fast restoration ,lower postoperative recurrence rate etc .It is a safe , reliable and efficient ideal method of treatment of pterygium .
