　　截齿是掘进机、采煤机的关键掘进刀具，属于消耗品。其质量的优劣直接影响工程的进度和采煤的效率。普通的锥形截齿在松软的岩体上还可以正常工作，可一旦遇到坚硬的岩体，就会加快截齿体前端的磨损，使其不能对中心主合金起到有效的保护作用。文章介绍了一种新型高强度耐磨截齿，解决了普通锥形截齿的上述不足，在一定程度上，其改变了硬岩截齿全部依赖进口的局面，填补了国内硬岩截齿的产品空白。
