转向器前期自动化磨合机是基于电气控制技术工作原理所设计的,电机经过变频器、接近开关、交流接触器等元件的控制,根据工作的需求进行调整,使电机达到工作要求。结合齿轮齿条式转向器运动的特点,将其应用到转向器前期磨合测试中,使转向器在试车前达到一个初期的性能要求,进一步提高转向器传递的平稳。
轉嚮器前期自動化磨閤機是基于電氣控製技術工作原理所設計的,電機經過變頻器、接近開關、交流接觸器等元件的控製,根據工作的需求進行調整,使電機達到工作要求。結閤齒輪齒條式轉嚮器運動的特點,將其應用到轉嚮器前期磨閤測試中,使轉嚮器在試車前達到一箇初期的性能要求,進一步提高轉嚮器傳遞的平穩。

Automated running-in equipments for diverter are designed based on the principle of electric controlling technology. Electrical machine will be achieving its aim via the control and adjustment of several components such as transducer,proximity switch,alternating current contactor. The machine can be put into experiments by combining it with rack-and-pinion diverter and its working principle. The purpose of engaging in the experiments is to ensure the diverter to reach a basic requirement at early stage,so that to improve the stability of delivery of diverter.
