This text puts forward a method to realize control of analog measurand in moderate and small closed-loop system by digitizing adjuster, and closed-loop control algorithm for detection analog process. Elaborates the principle of control of the PLC PID instruction, and Mitsubishi PLC PID algorithm. In practical applications, the system to achieve the the PID instruction program on the flow and pressure analog closed-loop process control is used, the control system to obtain a more stable control in the production debugging.
