目的：探讨不同药物治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取本院2010年5月～2012年6月收治的40例复发性口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象，采用中西医结合治疗，另选取同期40例复发性口腔溃疡患者作为对照组，采用西药治疗，比较两组患者的近期及远期疗效。结果近期疗效总有效率治疗组为97．78％，对照组为87．78％。两组比较，差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。远期疗效总有效率治疗组为82．22％，对照组为61．11％。两组比较，差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论采用中西药治疗口腔溃疡，用药价廉，配药简单，使用方便，无刺激性，疗效确切。值得临床推广。
목적：탐토불동약물치료복발성구강궤양적림상료효。방법선취본원2010년5월～2012년6월수치적40례복발성구강궤양환자작위연구대상，채용중서의결합치료，령선취동기40례복발성구강궤양환자작위대조조，채용서약치료，비교량조환자적근기급원기료효。결과근기료효총유효솔치료조위97．78％，대조조위87．78％。량조비교，차이유현저성（P＜0．05）。원기료효총유효솔치료조위82．22％，대조조위61．11％。량조비교，차이유현저성（P＜0．05）。결론채용중서약치료구강궤양，용약개렴，배약간단，사용방편，무자격성，료효학절。치득림상추엄。
purpose To investigate the clinical ef icacy of dif erent drugs in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Method The hospital in 2010 May ~2012 year in June 40 cases of recur-rent oral ulcer patients as the research object,with the therapy of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were selected,40 cases of recurrent oral ulcer patients as the control group,the western medicine treatment,compared two groups of patients with short and long term ef ect.Result The total ef ect rate of treatment group was 97.78%,control group 87.78%.The comparison between the twogroups,there was significant diference(P<0.05).Long term efect of total efective rate of treatment group was82.22%,control group61.11%.The comparison between the two groups,there was significant diference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the western medicine in the treatment of oral ulcer medication dispensing,cheap,simple,easytouse,noirri-tation,curative ef ect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
