电子技术的迅猛发展,使科学技术得到了突飞猛进。尤其是CMOS集成电路由于功耗低、抗干扰能力强等突出优点而得到广泛应用。根据CMOS集成电路的性能特点,介绍了如何在实践中(维修)用万用表测试CMOS集成电路的好坏,并介绍了巧妙应用一只CMOS与非门组成一个三相电动机断相保护器的原理。

Electronic technology developed rapidly in recent years. Due to its low power consumption,good anti-interference ability and other prominent advantages,the CMOS integrated circuit has been widely used. Based on the performance characteristics of the CMOS integrated circuit, this paper introduces how to test the circuit in practice (maintenance) with the multimeter, and introduces an application of composing a three-phase electric failure protection by using a CMOS and NAND gate.
