在回转窑内同时存在物料颗粒的轴向运动和横截面运动,其横截面物料流动特性对物料的混合及能量分布有着重要影响。应用双流体模型,结合颗粒流动理学理论,数值模拟横截面内物料流动特性,应用文献中的实验对所建立的数学模型进行有效性验证。结果表明,数值计算与实验结果吻合较好。回转窑横截面内物料运动分层,表面活动层速度较大,内部被动层速度较小;表面物料速度方向并非与表面平行。实际工程尺度回转窑内,物料表面呈现一定的波动;窑内气体受物料运动影响较大,会产生旋涡及扬沙,卷起少量物料冲击物料表面。
在迴轉窯內同時存在物料顆粒的軸嚮運動和橫截麵運動,其橫截麵物料流動特性對物料的混閤及能量分佈有著重要影響。應用雙流體模型,結閤顆粒流動理學理論,數值模擬橫截麵內物料流動特性,應用文獻中的實驗對所建立的數學模型進行有效性驗證。結果錶明,數值計算與實驗結果吻閤較好。迴轉窯橫截麵內物料運動分層,錶麵活動層速度較大,內部被動層速度較小;錶麵物料速度方嚮併非與錶麵平行。實際工程呎度迴轉窯內,物料錶麵呈現一定的波動;窯內氣體受物料運動影響較大,會產生鏇渦及颺沙,捲起少量物料遲擊物料錶麵。

In a rotary kiln there are motions of material particles in both axial and transverse sections. The material flow characteristics in the cross section have important influence on the material mixing and energy distribution. An Enlerian two?fluid model coupled with the kinetic theory of granular flow was applied to simulate the material flow characteristics in the cross section in the cement rotary kiln, and validated against experimental data from the litera?ture. The results of numerical calculation were in good agreement with the measurement. Results show that the mate?rial movement in the rotary kiln cross?section is stratified. In the active surface layer the velocity is larger, while in the internal passive layer the velocity is small. The velocity vectors within the active layer are not parallel to the bed surface. In an actual rotary kiln of engineering scale, there exist waves at the bed free surface;and the gas in the kiln is affected significantly by the granular motion; vortices and flying sand are produced impacting the bed sur?face.
