利用TG-DTG-DTA曲线考察了不同掺混比转炉除尘灰对煤粉着火温度、燃尽温度、最大失重速率等燃烧特性参数的影响。通过动力学计算分析,表明转炉除尘灰有助于改善煤粉的着火性能,对煤粉的燃烧起到促进作用,无烟煤A和烟煤B较佳掺混比分别为1.96%,3.85%~5.67%。
利用TG-DTG-DTA麯線攷察瞭不同摻混比轉爐除塵灰對煤粉著火溫度、燃儘溫度、最大失重速率等燃燒特性參數的影響。通過動力學計算分析,錶明轉爐除塵灰有助于改善煤粉的著火性能,對煤粉的燃燒起到促進作用,無煙煤A和煙煤B較佳摻混比分彆為1.96%,3.85%~5.67%。

The influence of different blend ratio of BOF dust on combustion properties parameters , which include ignition temperature , burnout temperature , and maximum rate of combustion , were dis-cussed by TG-DTG-DTA curve.The results through activation energy calculating show that the BOF dust has benefit on the ignition property of coal and can promotes the pulverized coal combustion .The better property of coal A and coal B is 1.96%, 3.85%~5.67%.
