目的:探讨益肾活血平喘合剂对哮喘大鼠气道TGF β1表达的影响。方法:健康雌性SD大鼠60只。随机分为4组,即正常组、模型组、地塞米松阳性对照组、益肾活血平喘合剂组,每组15只大鼠。除正常组外,其余3组均利用哮喘模型。各组于造模后14 d开始每天给药及雾化吸入。造模后28 d处死动物,取同一部位肺叶,包埋,切片,HE染色及免疫组化检测气道TGF β1的表达。结果:益肾活血平喘合剂组气道TGF β1的表达明显少于模型组(P<0.01)及阳性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾活血平喘合剂通过抑制气道TGF β1的表达,减轻哮喘气道炎症及重塑的发生。
目的:探討益腎活血平喘閤劑對哮喘大鼠氣道TGF β1錶達的影響。方法:健康雌性SD大鼠60隻。隨機分為4組,即正常組、模型組、地塞米鬆暘性對照組、益腎活血平喘閤劑組,每組15隻大鼠。除正常組外,其餘3組均利用哮喘模型。各組于造模後14 d開始每天給藥及霧化吸入。造模後28 d處死動物,取同一部位肺葉,包埋,切片,HE染色及免疫組化檢測氣道TGF β1的錶達。結果:益腎活血平喘閤劑組氣道TGF β1的錶達明顯少于模型組(P<0.01)及暘性對照組(P<0.05)。結論:益腎活血平喘閤劑通過抑製氣道TGF β1的錶達,減輕哮喘氣道炎癥及重塑的髮生。
목적:탐토익신활혈평천합제대효천대서기도TGF β1표체적영향。방법:건강자성SD대서60지。수궤분위4조,즉정상조、모형조、지새미송양성대조조、익신활혈평천합제조,매조15지대서。제정상조외,기여3조균이용효천모형。각조우조모후14 d개시매천급약급무화흡입。조모후28 d처사동물,취동일부위폐협,포매,절편,HE염색급면역조화검측기도TGF β1적표체。결과:익신활혈평천합제조기도TGF β1적표체명현소우모형조(P<0.01)급양성대조조(P<0.05)。결론:익신활혈평천합제통과억제기도TGF β1적표체,감경효천기도염증급중소적발생。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Yishenhuoxuepingchuan (YSHXPC)decoction on TGF β1 expression in airway of asthma rats. Methods: Sixty health female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (15 in each): the normal group(normal rats+saline), the model group (athema rats+saline), the positive control group (athema rats+hexadecadrol), and the YSHXPC decoction treatment group (athema rats+YSHXPV decoction). Each group was delivered aerosol inhalation of drug every day since the 14th day. Rats were sacrificed in the 28th day, pathological changes of lung observed by HE staining and TGF β1 expression in lung tissue by immunohistochemical stain were conducted. Results: The results showed that the TGF β1 expression was higher in normal group compared with other three groups. In YSHXPC decoction group, the TGF β1 expression was reduced significantly compared with the model group and the positive control group. Conclusion: This research showed that YSHXPC decoction can effectively inhibit the TGF β1 expression in experimental rats with asthma.
