目的:优选西归中阿魏酸和佛手柑内酯的提取工艺。方法:采用超声提取,分别通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,研究了提取次数、提取时间、提取温度和固液比四个因素对阿魏酸和佛手柑内酯含量的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为A3B2C1D2,即提取次数为3次,提取时间为50 min,提取温度为55℃,固液比为1:5。结论:该工艺简便、可靠,可为西归的进一步开发利用提供参考。
目的:優選西歸中阿魏痠和彿手柑內酯的提取工藝。方法:採用超聲提取,分彆通過單因素試驗和L9(34)正交試驗,研究瞭提取次數、提取時間、提取溫度和固液比四箇因素對阿魏痠和彿手柑內酯含量的影響。結果:最佳提取工藝為A3B2C1D2,即提取次數為3次,提取時間為50 min,提取溫度為55℃,固液比為1:5。結論:該工藝簡便、可靠,可為西歸的進一步開髮利用提供參攷。
목적:우선서귀중아위산화불수감내지적제취공예。방법:채용초성제취,분별통과단인소시험화L9(34)정교시험,연구료제취차수、제취시간、제취온도화고액비사개인소대아위산화불수감내지함량적영향。결과:최가제취공예위A3B2C1D2,즉제취차수위3차,제취시간위50 min,제취온도위55℃,고액비위1:5。결론:해공예간편、가고,가위서귀적진일보개발이용제공삼고。
Objective: To explore the extraction process of ferulic acid and bergapten from seselopsis. Methods: Ferulic acid and bergapten were extracted by supersonic wave method. Under optimized by single element and L9(34)orthogonal experiment, we investigated the relationships of extract content with the number of extraction times, extraction time, ratio of raw material to liquid and temperature. Results: The optimal extraction process was A3B2C1D2, refluxing and extracting for 3 times at 55 ℃, 50 minute per time, ratio of raw material to liquid at 1:5. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is simple and reliable, and it serves as reference for further development and utilization of seselopsis.
