The finite element model for the air flow field and temperature field inside a variable temperature compartment of indirect-cool refrigerator was established and the simulation was made by means of computational fluid dynamics software. The influences of the position of air-inlet and air-outlet on the flow field and temperature allocation were studied, and the optimization suggest of configuration was given.
