　　本文介绍了空调行业钣金冲压车间工艺规划的基本概念、流程，以及车间工艺布局、厂房建筑工艺设计等不同阶段工艺规划的基本内容。系统分析了厂区物流设计原则及设施规划原则，并对工艺规划过程中应注意的若干事项进行了归纳。

This paper introduces the basic concept and flow of process planning of sheet metal stamping workshop in air conditioning industry. And in view of the different phases of process planning, the basic content about process layout and workshop architecture technical design is described. The planning principle of logistics design in the field region and facilities planning is analyzed systematically. Then some problems of process planning which should be noticed are proposed.
