传统电能表已经无法满足数字化变电站电能计量的需要,数字电能表将会得到广泛应用。分别针对数字化电能表与传统电能表进行了工作方式比较以及对电能计量所产生的误差进行分析,详细介绍了校验仪现场校验方法以及数字电能表现场校验仪的实现原理和软、硬件设计。数字电能表现场校验仪以DSP为核心,全面支持IEC 61850-9-1、IEC 61850-9-2/LE规约,并且内置数字信号源与标准表。通过试验证明利用该校验仪构成的闭环系统,可以实现对数字电能表的误差校验和性能测试。
傳統電能錶已經無法滿足數字化變電站電能計量的需要,數字電能錶將會得到廣汎應用。分彆針對數字化電能錶與傳統電能錶進行瞭工作方式比較以及對電能計量所產生的誤差進行分析,詳細介紹瞭校驗儀現場校驗方法以及數字電能錶現場校驗儀的實現原理和軟、硬件設計。數字電能錶現場校驗儀以DSP為覈心,全麵支持IEC 61850-9-1、IEC 61850-9-2/LE規約,併且內置數字信號源與標準錶。通過試驗證明利用該校驗儀構成的閉環繫統,可以實現對數字電能錶的誤差校驗和性能測試。

The digital energy meter will be widely used because the traditional energy meter can not meet the needs of the energy metering in the digital substation. In allusion to the comparison of the working modes of digital energy meter and traditional energy meter separately as well as the analyzing the error of energy measurement. This paper introduces the clinical check methods of test instrument, the implementation principles and the software and hardware designs of field tester for digital electricity meter. Based on DSP the field tester for digital electricity meter can fully supports IEC 61850-9-1, IEC 61850-9-2 /LE protocols, in which the digital signal source and the standard are arranged inside. Experiments prove that through the closed loop system constructed by this test instrument, error checking and performance testing to digital energy meter can be achieved.
