针对调频连续波(FM-CW)零中频雷达收发前端噪声较大,接收机灵敏度较低的缺点,在分析了零中频雷达接收机中存在的转换噪声和低频噪声原因的基础上,提出了一种提高零中频雷达接收灵敏度的二次变频新方法。该方法通过二次变频增大接收机信号与噪声之间的频距,使接收机系统能够更有效地过滤噪声分量。实践表明,这种二次变频技术可提高系统信噪比10 dB,显著提高了接收机系统灵敏度。
針對調頻連續波(FM-CW)零中頻雷達收髮前耑譟聲較大,接收機靈敏度較低的缺點,在分析瞭零中頻雷達接收機中存在的轉換譟聲和低頻譟聲原因的基礎上,提齣瞭一種提高零中頻雷達接收靈敏度的二次變頻新方法。該方法通過二次變頻增大接收機信號與譟聲之間的頻距,使接收機繫統能夠更有效地過濾譟聲分量。實踐錶明,這種二次變頻技術可提高繫統信譟比10 dB,顯著提高瞭接收機繫統靈敏度。

Homodyne radar transceiver front-end noise is relatively large,resulting in the sensitivity of the ra-dar receiver system is very low.The maximum noise components are FM-AM conversion noise and low frequen-cy noise of the receiver.This paper presented a quadratic mixing techniques for zero-IF radar.This method en-larged the frequency distance between receiver signal and noise signal,which made the receiver noise filtering more effective.Finally,simulation results showed that the signal to noise ratio was raised by 10 dB.
