目的建立合理用药模式，以提高我院处方的整体质量。方法根据《处方管理办法》中的处方点评工作表的要求，随机抽取建立前后的处方进行评价分析。结果建立合理用药模式后处方合格率由71.23%提高到83.47%。结论合理用药模式的建立有利于提高处方的整体质量。
目的建立閤理用藥模式，以提高我院處方的整體質量。方法根據《處方管理辦法》中的處方點評工作錶的要求，隨機抽取建立前後的處方進行評價分析。結果建立閤理用藥模式後處方閤格率由71.23%提高到83.47%。結論閤理用藥模式的建立有利于提高處方的整體質量。
목적건립합리용약모식，이제고아원처방적정체질량。방법근거《처방관리판법》중적처방점평공작표적요구，수궤추취건립전후적처방진행평개분석。결과건립합리용약모식후처방합격솔유71.23%제고도83.47%。결론합리용약모식적건립유리우제고처방적정체질량。
Objective To establish rational administration mode, in order to improve the overall quality of prescription in our hospital. Methods According to the requirements in prescription appraisal table requirements of ‘prescription management method’, randomly sampled before and after the establishment of prescription to evaluate and analyse. Results After establishing the rational administration mode ,the percentage of the rational prescriptions increased from 71.23% to 83.47%. Conclusion Rational administration mode is helpful to improve the overall quality of prescription.
