目的探讨蔗糖铁治疗维持性血液透析(Maintenance Hemodialysis,MHD)患者缺铁性贫血的疗效与安全性。方法将我院2011年1月-2012年12月间收治的MHD患者35例随机分为两组,对照组使用右旋糖酐铁注射液补铁,观察组使用蔗糖铁注射液补铁,比较两组患者临床疗效、血细胞计数、铁含量和不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,血细胞计数和铁含量高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论蔗糖铁注射液能有效提高MHD贫血患者治疗效果,增加红细胞数量和血清铁浓度,并有效降低不良反应发生率。

목적탐토자당철치료유지성혈액투석(Maintenance Hemodialysis,MHD)환자결철성빈혈적료효여안전성。방법장아원2011년1월-2012년12월간수치적MHD환자35례수궤분위량조,대조조사용우선당항철주사액보철,관찰조사용자당철주사액보철,비교량조환자림상료효、혈세포계수、철함량화불량반응발생솔。결과관찰조림상료효우우대조조,혈세포계수화철함량고우대조조,불량반응발생솔저우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론자당철주사액능유효제고MHD빈혈환자치료효과,증가홍세포수량화혈청철농도,병유효강저불량반응발생솔。
Objective To investigate the effect of iron sucrose injection in the treatment of anemia among the maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method 35 maintenance hemodialysis patients with anemia were in the study from Jan 2011 to Dec 2012 of our department and randomly divided into objective group and control group. The objective group used iron sucrose injection and the control group used iron dextran. The clinical therapeutic effect, blood counts, and incidence of adverse reactions of iron content were compared between the two groups. Results There were a significant rising in the clinical therapeutic effect of objective group. The blood counts of objective group was higher than the one of control group. The incidence of adverse reactions of iron content of objective group was lower than the one of control group. Conclusion It can get a satisfactory results to use the iron sucrose injection in the treatment of anemia among the maintenance hemodialysis patients, with the higher level of clinical therapeutic effect, blood counts and the lower of incidence of adverse reactions of iron content.
