为了快速获得预想失稳故障下的电压稳定预防控制方案,提出了一种基于局部曲线拟合的电压失稳预防控制算法。在深入研究电压稳定鞍结分岔点特性的基础上,利用局部曲线拟合方程式推导了一种无需分岔点处雅可比矩阵零特征值所对应左特征向量即可快速计算负荷裕度灵敏度的方法。根据所求得的灵敏度建立失稳故障的预防控制模型,给出了预防电压失稳的控制方案。对 IEEE-57节点系统的仿真结果表明,所提方法能够快速、准确地计算系统负荷裕度灵敏度,并且能够有效地将系统运行点拉回电压稳定安全域。
為瞭快速穫得預想失穩故障下的電壓穩定預防控製方案,提齣瞭一種基于跼部麯線擬閤的電壓失穩預防控製算法。在深入研究電壓穩定鞍結分岔點特性的基礎上,利用跼部麯線擬閤方程式推導瞭一種無需分岔點處雅可比矩陣零特徵值所對應左特徵嚮量即可快速計算負荷裕度靈敏度的方法。根據所求得的靈敏度建立失穩故障的預防控製模型,給齣瞭預防電壓失穩的控製方案。對 IEEE-57節點繫統的倣真結果錶明,所提方法能夠快速、準確地計算繫統負荷裕度靈敏度,併且能夠有效地將繫統運行點拉迴電壓穩定安全域。

In order to obtain the preventive control scheme of voltage stability under unstable contingency, a preventive control method to avoid voltage instability based on local curve fitting is presented. Based on the study of characteristics of voltage stability saddle node bifurcation point, a method to calculate the load margin sensitivity without the left vector is proposed based on local curve fitting equation. These sensitivity information of loading margin with respect to control parameters are used to establish a linear programming model for preventive control, and then the control scheme to avoid voltage instability is given. Tests with IEEE-57 bus system indicate that the sensitivity is calculated accurately and the operating point is pulled back to voltage stability security region effectively.
