Analysing the influencing factor of Field Dietetical Equipment based on information construction,the article builds the analyzing target system of Field Dietetical Equipment at the basis of the current situation of the military,this system concludes the fol owing five first grade assessment indicator:strategy and organization,infrastructure,information technology application,talent team and information security,ten second grade assessment indicator and 23 third grade assessment indicator.
