　　近年来，随着尾矿库工程项目投入的增大，土石料尾矿坝也随之增多，由于受矿区位置影响，条件好且料源丰富的筑坝地点却越来越少，特别是防渗土料的料源更少。为了解决防渗材料严重缺乏的问题，许多工程采用高密度聚乙烯(英文缩写：HDPE)土工膜取代粘土斜墙或混凝土面板形成防渗体。
