　　本文分析了领导推动、组织支持、过程塑造与员工质量行为四者之间的关系，并且通过问卷调查，运用结构方程模型对理论假设和概念模型进行了验证分析。研究结果表明，过程塑造对员工质量行为有显著的直接正向影响，领导推动对组织支持有显著的直接正向影响，领导推动和组织支持对过程塑造有显著的直接正向影响，并通过过程塑造对员工质量行为有显著的间接正向影响。

This paper investigated the relationship of leader driving,organization supporting,process shaping and staff quality behavior.By the questionnaire and structural SEM,the theoretical assumptions and conceptual model were verified and analyzed.The results show that process shaping has a significant direct positive influence on staff quality behavior;leader driving has a significant direct positive influence on organization supporting;leader driving and organization supporting have significant direct positive impact on process shaping,and have significant indirect positive effect on staff quality behavior through the intermediary of process shaping.
