本文分析了领导推动、组织支持、过程塑造与员工质量行为四者之间的关系,并且通过问卷调查,运用结构方程模型对理论假设和概念模型进行了验证分析。研究结果表明,过程塑造对员工质量行为有显著的直接正向影响,领导推动对组织支持有显著的直接正向影响,领导推动和组织支持对过程塑造有显著的直接正向影响,并通过过程塑造对员工质量行为有显著的间接正向影响。
本文分析瞭領導推動、組織支持、過程塑造與員工質量行為四者之間的關繫,併且通過問捲調查,運用結構方程模型對理論假設和概唸模型進行瞭驗證分析。研究結果錶明,過程塑造對員工質量行為有顯著的直接正嚮影響,領導推動對組織支持有顯著的直接正嚮影響,領導推動和組織支持對過程塑造有顯著的直接正嚮影響,併通過過程塑造對員工質量行為有顯著的間接正嚮影響。
본문분석료령도추동、조직지지、과정소조여원공질량행위사자지간적관계,병차통과문권조사,운용결구방정모형대이론가설화개념모형진행료험증분석。연구결과표명,과정소조대원공질량행위유현저적직접정향영향,령도추동대조직지지유현저적직접정향영향,령도추동화조직지지대과정소조유현저적직접정향영향,병통과과정소조대원공질량행위유현저적간접정향영향。
This paper investigated the relationship of leader driving,organization supporting,process shaping and staff quality behavior.By the questionnaire and structural SEM,the theoretical assumptions and conceptual model were verified and analyzed.The results show that process shaping has a significant direct positive influence on staff quality behavior;leader driving has a significant direct positive influence on organization supporting;leader driving and organization supporting have significant direct positive impact on process shaping,and have significant indirect positive effect on staff quality behavior through the intermediary of process shaping.
