通过菌种间相容性试验观察混菌相容情况,采用单因素筛选的方法,确定红曲霉、酵母菌混菌发酵的最优培养条件。结果表明:红曲霉和酵母菌可以兼容共生,但由于两菌种在相同环境下生长周期和生长能力不同而有一定拮抗作用,通过混合菌种优化条件的筛选,能降低拮抗,达到最佳效果。最优培养条件:在PDA培养基上,接种比例为(红曲霉?酵母菌)3?1,在32℃的环境温度下,在红曲霉接种培养4 d时接种酵母菌混合发酵至第7 d。

Through the strains compatibility tests to observe the mixed compatible,adopt single factor method of screening, determine the optimal cultivation condition of mixed bacteria fermen?tation with monascus and yeast. The results show that: monascus and yeast can be compatible with symbiosis, but because the two strains' grow ability and growth cycle are different in the same environment and have antagonist role, through the screening of the optimal conditions, an?tagonist can be reduced, achieving the best effect. The best culture conditions: On PDA medi?um, mixed bacteria vaccination scale is (monascus?yeast) 3?1, in 32 ℃ ambient temperature, monascus inoculation cultured 4 days and then yeast inoculation cultured to 7 days.
