This paper aims to analyze the structure and mixing principle of dual-layer impeller, single-shaft mixer. We can learn about the special mixing principle and excellent characteris?tics of the mixer by analyzing the machine body, rotor, discharge gate, control mechanism, pow?er part, liquid-adding system, and the key structure of air tank blowing system in detail. This mixer has a high equitability (about 2%~3%), low residues(≤0.1%), high production efficiency and the convenience to use and repair, which lead the wide application of the mixer in pre?mixed producing of feed additives both at home and abroad.
