　　目的：防止手术部位及术式发生错误，保障患者的手术安全。方法：术前由手术医生与患者或家属共同确认、核对手术部位，并用记号笔进行体表标识，手术当日开台前手术室护士进行标识检查，每月统计标识率。结果：通过连续有效的督查，规范手术者术前确认手术部位的流程，严格落实《安全核查制度》。结论：建立科学、规范的手术部位标识管理制度，为手术顺利、安全开展提供了有效的保障。
　　목적：방지수술부위급술식발생착오，보장환자적수술안전。방법：술전유수술의생여환자혹가속공동학인、핵대수술부위，병용기호필진행체표표식，수술당일개태전수술실호사진행표식검사，매월통계표식솔。결과：통과련속유효적독사，규범수술자술전학인수술부위적류정，엄격락실《안전핵사제도》。결론：건립과학、규범적수술부위표식관리제도，위수술순리、안전개전제공료유효적보장。
Purpose: To prevent the misunderstanding of surgical site and ensure the patients' safety. Method: To check surgical site before the surgical operation, and sign it, and check it per month. Result: Through continuous and effective supervision, surgical site can be standardized before the operation. Conclu-sion: To build a scientific and standard surgical site identity management system can provide an effective guarantee for the success of the surgical operation.
