　　为了真实、全面地了解常州市区公办幼儿园的师资需求情况，笔者采用问卷法和访谈法，从幼儿园师资需求的结构类型、幼儿园师资需求的数量、幼儿园师资需求的质量、幼儿园师资需求的趋势这四个维度对常州市区公办幼儿园进行了调查研究。调查结果发现，常州市区的公办幼儿园在师资需求上还有一定的空间。在此基础上，研究者提出了满足常州市区公办幼儿园师资需求的建议。

Using the methods of questionnaire and interview, the writer carried out a research to investigate the needs for teachers in Public kindergarten in Changzhou from 4 dimensions includ-ing the structure of the teachers in Changzhou Public kinder-garten, the quantity and qualification of the teachers, the expec-tation of the kindergarten teachers. The results of this research showed that the quantity of Public Nursery teachers is still un-der-demand in Changzhou. On this basis, the writer gave some suggestions on how to meet the demands of for teachers in Public kindergarten in Changzhou.
