Research management requires constant innovation in order to meet the needs of the rapid development of scientific re-search.The conventional mode of research management is to manage research projects, teams, funding, and results from the surface. Research resources are divided in this mode, which is not conducive to innovation and development of scientific re-search. This paper discusses a fine new research management mode,focusing on its advantages and implementation of ideas. This research management can be well used to optimize the com-bination of research resources and then to improve the efficiency and productivity of the research.
