The paper introduces the background of higher vocational colleges. It also proposes that the higher voca-tional colleges are expected to confront with the fussions and problems and understand the diffrent purposes of the multiple stakeholders from multi-perspectives. In the process of constructing harmonious society, the higher voca-tional colleges should aim at optimizing their internal properties through the connotative development, enhancing the cultural deposits, promoting sustainable ecological development, improving quality increasingly and becoming the drive of the local economic development.
