　　目的：探讨支撑喉镜联合喉内窥镜及支撑喉镜两者治疗喉部良性肿物的疗效。方法：选取本院2010年10月-2012年12月收治的喉部良性肿物患者160例，根据治疗方法不同，分为两组（对照组与试验组）。对照组70例采用支撑喉镜治疗；试验组90例采用支撑喉镜联合喉内窥镜治疗。结果：对照组治愈率57.1%（40/70），好转率25.7%（18/70），无效率17.1%（12/70），总有效率为82.9%；试验组治愈率76.7%（69/90），好转率17.8%（16/90），无效率5.6%（5/90），总有效率为94.4%。对照组与试验组的术后并发症发生率分别为22.9%与4.4%。结论：支撑喉镜联合喉内镜对喉部良性肿物治疗有效，具有微创、并发症少等优点，有较高临床价值。
　　목적：탐토지탱후경연합후내규경급지탱후경량자치료후부량성종물적료효。방법：선취본원2010년10월-2012년12월수치적후부량성종물환자160례，근거치료방법불동，분위량조（대조조여시험조）。대조조70례채용지탱후경치료；시험조90례채용지탱후경연합후내규경치료。결과：대조조치유솔57.1%（40/70），호전솔25.7%（18/70），무효솔17.1%（12/70），총유효솔위82.9%；시험조치유솔76.7%（69/90），호전솔17.8%（16/90），무효솔5.6%（5/90），총유효솔위94.4%。대조조여시험조적술후병발증발생솔분별위22.9%여4.4%。결론：지탱후경연합후내경대후부량성종물치료유효，구유미창、병발증소등우점，유교고림상개치。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of both retaining laryngoscope combined nasal endoscope laryngoscope and retaining laryngoscope treatment of benign tumor of the larynx.Method:Selected 160 cases of benign throat tumor patients in our hospital from October 2010 to December 2012, according to the different treatment methods,They were divided into two groups(control group and the experimental group),the control group were applied with retaining laryngoscope treatment(70 cases),the experimental group were applied with retaining laryngoscope combined nasal endoscope laryngoscope treatment(90 cases).Result:In the control group,the cure rate was 57.1%(40/70),the improvement rate was 25.7%(18/70), invalid for 17.1%(12/70),the total effective rate was 82.9%.In the experimental group,the cure rate was 76.7%(69/90),the improvement rate was 17.8%(16/90),invalid 5.6%(5/90),with a total effective rate was 94.4%.Postoperative complication of the control group and the experimental group was 22.9% and 4.4% respectively.Conclusion:The operation of retaining laryngoscope combined nasal endoscope laryngoscope has effective treatment for benign throat mass,with a minimally invasive,fewer complications,etc,and has a higher clinical value.
