目的：探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α（ HIF-1α）和CD44 v6在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测140例乳头状癌组织、50例甲状腺腺瘤和30例癌旁正常组织中HIF-1α和CD44v6的表达，分析HIF-1α和CD44v6在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及关系。结果两种因子在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常组织和甲状腺腺瘤（P＜0．05），HIF-1α和CD44v6在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达呈正相关关系。结论 HIF-1α和CD44 v6与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展密切相关，并在甲状腺乳头状癌的浸润和转移中起重要作用。
목적：탐토결양유도인자-1α（ HIF-1α）화CD44 v6재갑상선유두상암중적표체급기림상의의。방법응용면역조직화학SP법검측140례유두상암조직、50례갑상선선류화30례암방정상조직중HIF-1α화CD44v6적표체，분석HIF-1α화CD44v6재갑상선유두상암중적표체급관계。결과량충인자재갑상선유두상암중적양성표체솔명현고우암방정상조직화갑상선선류（P＜0．05），HIF-1α화CD44v6재갑상선유두상암중적표체정정상관관계。결론 HIF-1α화CD44 v6여갑상선유두상암적발생발전밀절상관，병재갑상선유두상암적침윤화전이중기중요작용。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of hypoxia-inducible factor-1αand CD44v6 in pa-pillary thyroid carcinoma .Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of HIF-1αand VEGF in 140 cases of pa-pillary thyroid carcinoma ,50 cases of thyroid benign tumor ,and 20 cases of normal tissues ,and to analyze the relationships between HIF-1αand CD44v6 in papillary thyroid carcinoma .Results The positive expression rates of HIF-1αand CD44v6 were significantly higher than those in thyroid adenoma and normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression of HIF-1αand CD44v6 was positively correlated.Conclusion Hy-poxia-inducible factor-1αand CD44v6 correlate closely with the genesis and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma ,and play important roles in the metastasis and infiltration .
