　　目的：探讨不同手术治疗方案在真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎（FRS）治疗中的临床疗效。方法：将本院收治的78例 FRS 患者随机分为两组。对照组给予鼻内镜手术治疗，术中采用生理盐水冲洗鼻窦腔，观察组在此基础上改用抗真菌药物冲洗鼻窦腔，观察两组患者的临床疗效和预后情况。结果：观察组8个月后 VAS 评分为（0.68±0.07）分，Lund-Kennedy 评分为（0.57±0.16）分，临床总有效率为91.1%（41/45），对照组 VAS 评分为（1.72±0.09）分，Lund-Kennedy 评分为（1.25±0.39）分，临床总有效率为69.7%（23/33），两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：鼻内镜手术联合抗真菌药物冲洗鼻窦腔能显著提高 FRS 的临床治疗效果，改善临床症状，具有重要的临床应用价值。
　　목적：탐토불동수술치료방안재진균성비-비두염（FRS）치료중적림상료효。방법：장본원수치적78례 FRS 환자수궤분위량조。대조조급여비내경수술치료，술중채용생리염수충세비두강，관찰조재차기출상개용항진균약물충세비두강，관찰량조환자적림상료효화예후정황。결과：관찰조8개월후 VAS 평분위（0.68±0.07）분，Lund-Kennedy 평분위（0.57±0.16）분，림상총유효솔위91.1%（41/45），대조조 VAS 평분위（1.72±0.09）분，Lund-Kennedy 평분위（1.25±0.39）분，림상총유효솔위69.7%（23/33），량조차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：비내경수술연합항진균약물충세비두강능현저제고 FRS 적림상치료효과，개선림상증상，구유중요적림상응용개치。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of different surgical treatment in the treatment of fungal nasal-sinusitis. Method:78 patients were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital,the control group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,saline was used to flush the sinus cavities,the observation group were treated with antifungal agents flush the sinus cavities,the clinical efficacy and prognosis was observed. Result:Lund-Kennedy score of the observation group was(0.57±0.16),the score of VAS was(0.68±0.07),the total effective rate was 91.1%(41/45), Lund-Kennedy score of the control group was(1.25±0.39),the score of VAS was(1.72±0.09),the total effective rate was 69.7%(23/33),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Antifungal rinse the sinus cavities can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery,it has important clinical value.
