以党的十八大报告提出的促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展为主线，揭示了农村人口大量向城镇迁移，农业人口向二、三产业转移，将会影响到我国城乡人口老龄化的进程和老年人口的地区、城乡分布格局，进而影响到社会的健康发展。应当采取相应的配套改革和支持政策，包括户籍政策、建设宜居城镇、社会保障、社会服务等，以解决在城镇化过程中因人口迁移带来的老龄问题。

It’s pointed out in the report of eighteenth national congress of the Communist Party of China that we should promote harmonized development of industrialization, IT application, urbanization and agricultural modernization. Kept this idea in mind, this paper reveals that the massive migration of rural population to cities and towns and the transfer of agricultural population to the secondary and tertiary industry will exert influence both on the urban and rural population aging process and on the regional, urban and rural distribution pattern of the elderly population, which will in turn affect the healthy development of society. It’s suggested in this paper that we must adopt comprehensive reform measures and supporting policies, which include household registration policy, livable cities and towns, social security and social service etc, to solve the aging problem resulted f rom the population migration during the course of urbanization.
