目的:探讨汕头地区泌尿生殖道解脲脲支原体(Uu)和人支原体(Mh)感染情况及耐药情况。方法随机抽取855例泌尿生殖道感染病例,采用药敏试剂盒进行 Mh、Uu 培养、鉴定,并与9种抗菌药物进行药敏试验,分析其耐药情况。结果855例病例标本中,检测出 Uu 阳性307例(35.9%),Mh 阳性15例(1.8%),Mh 与 Uu 混合阳性76例(8.9%)。Uu 与 Mh 药敏率较高的是普那霉素、交沙霉素、多西环素和四环素等抗生素,耐药率较高的抗生素是环丙沙星、氧氟沙星等。结论汕头地区泌尿生殖道 Uu 和 Mh 病原体感染率较高,并且对多种抗生素耐药,临床用药时应根据药敏试验结果合理选择。

목적:탐토산두지구비뇨생식도해뇨뇨지원체(Uu)화인지원체(Mh)감염정황급내약정황。방법수궤추취855례비뇨생식도감염병례,채용약민시제합진행 Mh、Uu 배양、감정,병여9충항균약물진행약민시험,분석기내약정황。결과855례병례표본중,검측출 Uu 양성307례(35.9%),Mh 양성15례(1.8%),Mh 여 Uu 혼합양성76례(8.9%)。Uu 여 Mh 약민솔교고적시보나매소、교사매소、다서배소화사배소등항생소,내약솔교고적항생소시배병사성、양불사성등。결론산두지구비뇨생식도 Uu 화 Mh 병원체감염솔교고,병차대다충항생소내약,림상용약시응근거약민시험결과합리선택。
Objective To investigate detection and drug resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma homi-nis in the urinary and reproductive tract infections in Shantou area.Methods In 855 cases patients with urogenital tract infection were chosen,Drug sensitivity kit was used to carry on the Mh and Uu culture,identification,And the 9 kinds of antimicrobial susceptibility test,analysis of its drug resistance.Results 855 cases were detected Uu positive in 307 cases (35.9%),Mh was positive in 15 cases (1.8%),Mh and Uu were positive in 76 cases (8.9%).Uu and Mh drug sensitive rate is higher for Pune mycin,josamycin,doxycycline,tetracycline antibiotics,drug resistance rate is higher for ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin.Conclusion There is a higher probability of UU and MH pathogens genitourinary tract infec-tion in Shantou area,and to many antibiotics,The clinical medication can be selected according to the antimicrobial sus-ceptibility test.
