目的：探讨医院文化建设在促进医院和谐发展中的作用。方法：回顾性总结近两年来我院文化建设的几个途径。结果通过加强医院文化建设，职工的精神面貌焕然一新，医院的发展出呈现良好的发展态势，业务量明显上升，各项质量指标明显提升，近两年无重大医疗纠纷。结论：医院文化建设是现代医院发展的必然要求，对于调动职工的积极性及创造性、激发职工的主人翁责任意识、促进医患和谐、推动医院的建设和发展具有十分重要的意义。
目的：探討醫院文化建設在促進醫院和諧髮展中的作用。方法：迴顧性總結近兩年來我院文化建設的幾箇途徑。結果通過加彊醫院文化建設，職工的精神麵貌煥然一新，醫院的髮展齣呈現良好的髮展態勢，業務量明顯上升，各項質量指標明顯提升，近兩年無重大醫療糾紛。結論：醫院文化建設是現代醫院髮展的必然要求，對于調動職工的積極性及創造性、激髮職工的主人翁責任意識、促進醫患和諧、推動醫院的建設和髮展具有十分重要的意義。
목적：탐토의원문화건설재촉진의원화해발전중적작용。방법：회고성총결근량년래아원문화건설적궤개도경。결과통과가강의원문화건설，직공적정신면모환연일신，의원적발전출정현량호적발전태세，업무량명현상승，각항질량지표명현제승，근량년무중대의료규분。결론：의원문화건설시현대의원발전적필연요구，대우조동직공적적겁성급창조성、격발직공적주인옹책임의식、촉진의환화해、추동의원적건설화발전구유십분중요적의의。
Objectives: To study the role of hospital culture in promoting the harmonious development of the hospital. Methods: Retrospectively review the several approaches to construct culture of our hospital in the past two years. Results: By strengthening the construction of hospital culture, the staff refreshed their energy in good spirits, the hospital development witnessed sound momentum of development, the number of patients increased significantly, various quality indexes improved obviously, and there was no serious medical dispute. Conclusions: Hospital culture is an inevitable requirement of modern hospital development, which is extremely important to motivate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, inspire a sense of ownership responsibilities of employees, promote harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and promote the construction and development of the hospital.
