目的：了解我院抗肿瘤药物的使用情况和抗肿瘤药物不良反应（ ADR）发生的规律及特点，促进临床安全使用抗肿瘤药物。方法采用回顾性分析方法，对我院2011-2013年各种途径收集的抗肿瘤药物不良反应报表，分别从资料的来源，患者的性别，年龄，给药途径，所涉及的药品种类，不良反应的临床表现等进行分析。结果339例ADR中男性195例，女性144例；40岁以上300例；细胞毒类药物的发生率居首，占60．18％；ADR的临床表现以消化系统反应为主，其次为骨髓抑制。结论通过进行相关的分析，可促进抗肿瘤药物合理、有效的应用。同时加强临床医生对抗肿瘤药物不良反应的重视程度。
목적：료해아원항종류약물적사용정황화항종류약물불량반응（ ADR）발생적규률급특점，촉진림상안전사용항종류약물。방법채용회고성분석방법，대아원2011-2013년각충도경수집적항종류약물불량반응보표，분별종자료적래원，환자적성별，년령，급약도경，소섭급적약품충류，불량반응적림상표현등진행분석。결과339례ADR중남성195례，녀성144례；40세이상300례；세포독류약물적발생솔거수，점60．18％；ADR적림상표현이소화계통반응위주，기차위골수억제。결론통과진행상관적분석，가촉진항종류약물합리、유효적응용。동시가강림상의생대항종류약물불량반응적중시정도。
Objective To explore clinical rational drug use ,the tumor patients'adverse drug reaction ( ADR) occurrence and characteristics in our hospital .Methods 339 cases of patients'antitumor drug adverse reaction reports were retrospectively an-alyzed in terms of the age ,sex,administration way ,drug classes and clinical manifestations .Results The results showed that adverse drug reaction mainly happened in tumor patients of over 40 years old .Cytotoxic drugs took the highest incidence of ad-verse reaction.The clinical manifestation of adverse drug reaction in gastrointestinal reaction stood out remarkably , followed by bone marrow inhibition .Conclusion Related analysis of adverse drug reaction will ensure patients 'safe use of their drugs , promote rational and effective use of anticancer drugs .It is an important task for medical workers and ,especially, clinical phar-macists .
