目的：探讨多普勒超声在乳腺癌术后锁骨区淋巴结节转移放射治疗临床疗效评价中的应用价值。方法：选取乳腺癌根治术后锁骨区淋巴结转移的30例患者行放射治疗，分别于治疗前、治疗后行彩色多普勒超声检查，就结果进行对比分析。结果：经放射治疗后，锁骨区转移淋巴结例数、数量均明显减少，二维超声大小、收缩期峰值流速、动脉频谱阻力指数均明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：彩色多普勒超声通过对乳腺癌术后转移淋巴结监测，能准确判断后续放射治疗的疗效，具有较大的临床应用价值。
목적：탐토다보륵초성재유선암술후쇄골구림파결절전이방사치료림상료효평개중적응용개치。방법：선취유선암근치술후쇄골구림파결전이적30례환자행방사치료，분별우치료전、치료후행채색다보륵초성검사，취결과진행대비분석。결과：경방사치료후，쇄골구전이림파결례수、수량균명현감소，이유초성대소、수축기봉치류속、동맥빈보조력지수균명현강저，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：채색다보륵초성통과대유선암술후전이림파결감측，능준학판단후속방사치료적료효，구유교대적림상응용개치。
To investigate the clinical application of doppler ultrasound in breast cancer lymph node metastasis supraclavicular radiation in the clinical curative effect evaluation.Method:30 patients with mastectomy supraclavicular lymph node metastasis were selected and given radiation therapy.The results were compared before and after underwent color doppler ultrasound examination.Result:After radiation therapy,the number of cases of supraclavicular lymph nodes were significant reduced,the number of the size of the two-dimensional ultrasound,peak systolic velocity, arterial resistance index were significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound for breast cancer lymph node metastasis through monitoring,can accurately determine the efficacy of subsequent radiation therapy,with great clinical value.
